The hotel's location was excellent for attending an event at accor arena. Its proximity made access very easy. i found the breakfast to be a good experience each morning . the staff was very helpful and accommodating, assisting me with directions and other queries. the metro station nearby provided great connections to other parts of the city.
the air conditioning in my room was not as effective as i would have liked, impacting my comfort slightly.

The breakfast buffet included fresh juice and bread. The croissants were a particular highlight. pancakes were also available each morning. fresh oranges were pressed to make juice. It was a nice addition.

The hotel staff offered helpful assistance. They provided directions and answered all my questions efficiently. the manager was present at breakfast. he greeted guests upon departure showing how the breakfast room worked.

The room provided a comfortable bed and i appreciated browsing tv channels in the evening. the room was generally clean and functional. It met basic needs adequately. i was very pleased to find good water pressure in the shower.

The hotel is super close to the arena, and its location is also next to the metro station. this made getting around very easy. there are also places to eat nearby. That provided additional convenience.

the hotel staff were so kind and helpful. they helped me with directions when i asked. the rooms are very cozy. the bathrooms felt so clean! the location was amazing, especially for accessing the arena early. the art throughout the hotel was pretty too.
the need to vacate the room before midday was a bit early for me! and the key turned off a little before, so i had to get it restarted.

the reception staff was actively friendly. they were always ready to assist, no matter who was on duty. this constant positive attitude really enhanced my stay.

the breakfast was very nice, and i enjoyed it every day ! the french and italian style was a pleasant surprise, and i found several options that suited me. there were coffee machines for everyone to use.

The location is superb, right next to the metro station. This made traveling around easy. Breakfast offered various options. I especially appreciated the fresh orange juice machine. The staff were very helpful. They assisted with directions and made check-in smooth. The room was exactly what you would expect, providing basic amenities that I needed.
The room lacked sufficient storage. There was not enough space to put my clothes.

room was big and the bathroom had towells and liquids. i could grab coffee and went to my room. the outdoor taras was also fine. personel was nice too. hotel is next to a metro station. it was easy to get to the city center. breakfast was nice, french style. i found staff i liked.
the toilet smellt like a pipe not cleaned for too long. you need to do some siphoning to eliminate the smell.

The shower was a daily challenge. It was either freezing or boiling! breakfast was very poor too. there were only boiled eggs and no omelettes. also, the croissants and bread rolls were crushed. There wasn't even butter, apply, twice.

the location was great for the tennis, and public transport was easy to use.
The shower was a disaster. It switched from scalding hot to freezing cold in seconds. it was nearly impossible to take a shower. the climate control didn't work either. I couldn't adjust the temperature, so i had to open the window and listen to all the street noise below. i was frustrated!!!
